Get The Tech Out Of Here™ helps non-technical coaches and course creators launch their online businesses using Systeme.io. Our flagship program, Design Build Launch (DBL), gives students templates, AI tools, and live support to go from stuck to launched. We're a small but mighty team, and we take our community seriously.
The Role
We're looking for a Community Tech Coach to run live beginner BUILD calls twice a week and provide hands-on support inside our private community during US business hours. This is not a "post links and hope for the best" support role. You'll be on screen, troubleshooting in real time, explaining things clearly, and making people feel like tech is actually doable. Because it is.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
Running two 1-hour live Zoom calls per week (times rotate across US time zones)
Providing community support approximately 3 hours/week during US hours
Helping students who are brand new to Systeme.io get their funnels, domains, and automations working
Troubleshooting a wide variety of domain registrars and DNS configurations
Explaining technical concepts to non-technical people without making them feel dumb
Staying current on new AI tools and bringing useful ones back to the community
What You Need
Native English fluency (our community includes a lot of folks who struggle with heavy accents, and clear communication is non-negotiable)
Availability that overlaps with ALL US time zones (ET through PT)
Deep Systeme.io knowledge -- the kind where you've actually built things in it and can troubleshoot without Googling for 20 minutes
Comfort with a wide range of domain registrars (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Google Domains, Squarespace, and whatever else people throw at you)
Basic HTML/CSS ability (reading, editing, small fixes)
Genuine curiosity about AI tools and new technology
Warm, patient communication style with beginners and older, non-technical adults
Ability to work independently without a lot of hand-holding
What Would Make You Stand Out
You've coached or taught tech to beginners before
You've supported students inside a course or membership community
You've worked with DBL, SSS, or Systeme.io in a professional context
You have a portfolio of funnels or builds you've worked on

Record a 5 to 8 minute Loom (or Zoom clip) where you walk through the scenario below out loud, as if you're on a live call with a real student.
Log into any Systeme.io account (your own sandbox, a demo, or a client account with permission). Show the dashboard on screen.
A student tells you: "I connected my domain but my funnel page just shows a white screen." Walk through exactly how you'd troubleshoot this, step by step, narrating what you're thinking as you go.
Somewhere in your walkthrough, explain the difference between an A record and a CNAME record and why it matters for Systeme.io specifically -- in plain English, as if the student has never heard those terms before.
Once that's fixed, they want to customize their student login page, so explain briefly how to do that.
Wrap up with what you'd tell the student to do next and how you'd follow up to make sure they don't get stuck again.
